Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. During checkout, available shipping options will be displayed based on your shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the email.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. fyvg is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the address before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier strikes, or customs inspections. fyvg is not responsible for these delays and cannot offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries. We recommend tracking your package and contacting the carrier directly for updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. For damaged items, please include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If your order is shipped to a destination outside the United States, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. fyvg is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance.
