Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within a reasonable time after delivery. Please refer to your order confirmation email for specific details.

How to Start a Return

Item Condition

All returned items must be in new condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Review Process

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within a reasonable time. If the return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund or exchange. If rejected, we will contact you to arrange for the item to be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
